CSITech sign training deal with e-fense in the USA
CSITech have signed a deal with e-fense in the USA to provide Live Forensics training to both Law Enforcement and Corporate clients. Based on their free to download Helix product, the courses will focus on the need to change many accepted proceedures for the aquisition of digital evidence. With the increase in hard drive sizes (more than a terrabyte is not uncommon now) and widespread use of encryption technology, the need to aquire and analyse volitile data from a running computer has become a critical element in many investigations. The courses will help both law enforcement and corporate IT departments understand how to react to this new reality and provide the tools and knowledge to react appropriately.
